Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation hereinafter: "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:
§1. The personal data controller of the Buyer is Beautamine sp. z o.o., with its seat in Radom at Legackiego 7, 26-600 Radom, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the DISTRICT COURT OF LUBLIN WSCHÓD IN LUBLIN WITH THE REGISTERED OFFICE IN ŚWIDNIK, VI COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER, under National Court Register Number: 0000456424, National Business Registry Number: 365349270, Tax Number: 7962981950. §3. The recipients of the Buyer's personal data will be accounting, logistics (including courier companies), and marketing.
§4. The Buyer's personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
§5. The Buyer's personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and after its performance or withdrawal of consent, only for the purpose of pursuing possible claims before the court or if national/EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data. The Controller has the right to make the Buyer's personal data available to entities authorized under the relevant legislation (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
§6. The Buyer has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing.
§7. The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider that the processing of personal data concerning the Buyer violates the provisions of the GDPR.
§8. Providing personal data by the Buyer is a condition for concluding the contract. The Buyer is obliged to provide it, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conclude or perform the contract.
§9. The Buyer's personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
§10. The Controller has implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and has put access controls in place to minimize the impact of a potential data security breach. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by the Administrator or by processors with whom the Administrator closely cooperates. Personal data shall only be processed by persons authorized by the Controller or by processors with whom the Controller closely cooperates.
§11. Beautamine uses the so-called "cookie files" (cookies). These files are saved on the Buyer's computer by our server and provide statistical data on their activity in order to match our offer to their individual needs and tastes.
